Chennel is a Co-owner of Revival Aesthetics and with over 8 years of experience as a nurse, Chennel has dedicated herself to improving her skills and delivering exemplary service. In 2021, she achieved certification in Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers, further expanding her expertise in the art of aesthetic enhancements. In 2022, she advanced her career as a nurse practitioner, solidifying her commitment to providing comprehensive and advanced care.
Her journey in aesthetics was driven by a profound desire to help individuals not only feel their best but also embrace their natural beauty. By seamlessly blending the realms of beauty and science, she aims to deliver transformative results that elevate one’s natural features. Deeana is delighted to introduce herself as Co-Owner of Revival Aesthetics, an establishment dedicated to rejuvenating and enhancing your beauty. As a highly experienced registered nurse, she possess a wealth of knowledge gained over the course of more than 17 years in the emergency department.
Having developed a profound enthusiasm for the field of aesthetics, she pursued specialized training and acquired certifications in Neuromodulators and Dermal Fillers. Her commitment to excellence drives her to provide you with your utmost potential in terms of both appearance and confidence.

Dr. Crenshaw brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of medical aesthetics as a board-certified anesthesiologist with nine years of post-residency experience. His journey into aesthetics has been marked by a commitment to continuous learning and patient well-being.
Crenshaw's aesthetics journey began with comprehensive online training in dermal fillers and neurotoxins through Empire Medical Training. This foundation in aesthetic procedures laid the groundwork for his active involvement in the field. Since January 2023, he has been instrumental in the supervision of nurse practitioners and RNs, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective cosmetic treatments.
His dedication to the aesthetics industry extends to his role as the Medical Director and Collaborating Physician for Vein Hydration and Aesthetics, a position he has held since January 2023. In this capacity, Dr. Crenshaw oversees and guides the practice, upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Crenshaw's unique blend of medical experience and aesthetics training positions him as a valuable asset for any med spa looking to enhance its offerings and prioritize patient well-being.
