Chennel is the Co-Owner and Medical Director of Revival Aesthetics. Her career in healthcare began in nursing, where she developed a strong clinical foundation through years of experience in emergency medicine. Driven by a desire to expand the way she could care for her patients, Chennel continued her education and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022. She has since achieved Full Practice Authority in Illinois, allowing her to further grow her role in caring for both the health, wellness, and aesthetic needs of her patients.
Her journey into aesthetics began in 2021 with advanced training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers and has continued through ongoing education in aesthetic and wellness medicine. Chennel believes the best results come from blending science, artistry, and a personalized approach—enhancing what makes each person uniquely beautiful rather than changing the way they look.
What Chennel loves most about Revival is the relationships she builds with her patients. She believes in listening, being honest, and creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and never pressured. Revival is more than a business to her—it is a reflection of her passion for taking care of people and creating a place where they can feel confident, supported, and genuinely excited about doing something for themselves.

Deeana is proud to be Co-Owner of Revival Aesthetics, where her passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient care comes together to help clients look and feel their best.
With an extensive background in emergency medicine, Deeana brings a strong clinical foundation, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety to every treatment. She has continued to advance her education throughout her career and is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
Driven by a passion for aesthetic medicine, Deeana has completed specialized training and certifications in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, continually expanding her knowledge and skills to provide safe, thoughtful, and individualized care.

Cassie is a Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of healthcare experience. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department and has since expanded her practice as a Nurse Practitioner in integrative medicine, where she developed a passion for helping patients feel their best from the inside out.
With a strong interest in health, wellness, and beauty, Cassie believes aesthetics can be a natural extension of overall well-being. She is excited to bring her clinical experience and thoughtful, personalized approach to Revival Aesthetics, helping clients achieve results that enhance—not change—what makes them uniquely beautiful.
As a mom of two young children, Cassie understands how easy it can be to put yourself at the bottom of the list. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can take a little time for themselves—whether that means enhancing a feature they already love, refreshing their appearance, or simply feeling more confident.
Above all, Cassie wants every client to leave feeling like the best version of themselves: natural, confident, and authentically you.
Nina Duckett, Esthetician
Nina, a talented esthetician who has been dedicated to the art of skincare since earning her esthetics license in 2017. With a passion for exploring the latest skincare trends, she enjoys trying new techniques firsthand to ensure she’s always at the cutting edge of beauty and wellness. Nina’s favorite part of her work is the meaningful connections she builds with her clients. She loves getting to know each individual’s unique story, making every appointment feel personal and engaging. One of Nina’s favorite treatments is dermaplaning, a service she finds incredibly satisfying. She delights in seeing the immediate results, as clients leave with ultra-smooth, radiant skin. When she’s not perfecting your skincare routine, Nina enjoys chatting about her favorite reality TV shows and crime documentaries—she’s always ready for a lively conversation or binge-worthy recommendations!
